It has a token generation that is easy to connect to high links, but it requires a separate trigger and does not have an expansion effect, so it tends to use summoning rights.
There are many other Cybers who want to use summoning rights, such as gadgets.
Clock Wyvern, which can generate tokens just by summoning, will also appear later.
The RBI is higher and there is also a fusion support over there, so it is easy to make a difference in terms of support.
It's not that I'm weak, but there are probably many other beings I want to prioritize.

Cybers have secretaries, converters, and Golden Chests (Dotscaper), so unless you're a Skidre type (Lose 1 Turn) or a lower beat type that doesn't rely on link summoning, it's easy to meet the conditions.

The effect itself is not a bad thing that guarantees Link 3, but the activation conditions give me a headache.
In the absence of special summoning support, this card must be set up first, and the next card must be summoned and Special Summoned in quick succession.
It wouldn't be impossible to rely on general-purpose cards like Double Summon and Monster Reborn, but I can't help but wonder if it's necessary to go that far for this card.
